Mr. Henry Soong was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1992 and has since been practicing law for more than 30 years. He was appointed as a President of the Tribunal for House Buyer Claims from 2016 to June 2024. On 1st July 2024 he was appointed as a President of the Strata Management Tribunal. He is also a Notary Public and a Commissioner for oaths in Malaysia. His main services are on conveyancing, contract writing, and many other consulting works for organizations. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Henry Soong is active in community service through his membership in Lions Clubs International District 308B1, Malaysia.

Ms Lee mei Chien, Terri was called to the Malaysian bar in 1994 and has practiced law for more than 20 years. Her main area of practice is conveyancing with a strong emphasis on sub-sales. Services include: 1) Conveyancing - Sales and purchase of property, Leases and Tenancies 2) Banking & Finance - Loan documentation for consumer banking 3) Probate & Estate - Wills, Letters of Administration 4) Commercial - Sales of business, Partnership Agreement

A commissioner for oaths is an official who affirms and verifies documents and statements that will be used as legal proof in one way or another. They administer oaths for:
1) Justification of bail
2) Affidavits and affirmation documents
3) Swearing executors and administrators
4) Any person who will be attending court proceedings
5) Taking and receiving statutory declaration (Sworn statement)
6) The examination of witnesses, etc
